Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for “Take Your Power Back: Navigating Medical Weight Stigma” Course
1. Cancellation and Refund Period:
- Participants may request a cancellation and refund within 7 days of the course start date.
2. Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds will only be processed for participants who meet the following criteria:
- Cancellation is requested within the specified cancellation period.
- Participant has not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
- Refunds will not be provided for participants who have accessed a significant portion of the course.
3. Cancellation Process:
- To request a cancellation and refund, participants must submit a written request via email to contact@fatdoctor.co.uk.
- The request must include the participant’s full name and enrollment details.
- The cancellation request will be processed within 7 business days.
4. Refund Amount:
- If a refund request is approved, the refund amount will be calculated based on the following:
- For one-time payment participants: 70% of the course fee will be refunded.
- For participants on a monthly payment plan: Refunds will be provided for any future monthly payments beyond the cancellation date.
5. Non-Refundable Portion:
- A non-refundable fee of 10% of the course fee will be retained to cover administrative and processing costs.
6. Access Termination:
- Upon approval of the cancellation and refund request, the participant’s access to course materials will be terminated.
7. Transfer of Enrollment:
- Participants may request to transfer their enrollment to a future course session if they are unable to attend the current session. Transfers are subject to availability and must be requested within 7 days of the course start date.
8. Course Cancellation by Organizer:
- In the rare event that the course is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of the course fee.
