Meet Joy

At 39, Joy is a mother of two, juggling the harsh demands of her job and family life. Her days are a blur of meetings, school runs, playdates, and homework help, leaving little time for her own health. She was diagnosed with gestational diabetes during her last pregnancy, and though she managed it at the time, the fear of diabetes stuck with her.
