1. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Refunds of online courses will only be processed for participants who meet the following criteria:
- Cancellation is requested within 7 days of purchase.
- Participant has not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
- Refunds of live events will only be processed for participants who meet the following criteria:
- Cancellation is requested within 7 days.
- Participant has not attended the live event
- Refunds of consultations will only be processed for participants who meet the following criteria:
- Cancellation is requested within 7 days of purchase.
- Participant has not attended the consultation
- We do not offer refunds on digital files that have been downloaded.
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Send an email to contact@fatdoctor.co.uk within 7 days of your purchase.
- In your email, provide the following information:
- Your order number.
- The product name and description.
- The reason for your refund request
- After your request is reviewed, we will contact you with further instructions.
3. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 working days of approval.
4. Refund Amount:
- If a refund request is approved, the refund amount will be calculated based on the following:
- For one-time payment participants: 100% of the purchase fee will be refunded minus the admin fee.
- For participants on a monthly payment plan: Refunds will be provided for any future monthly payments beyond the cancellation date.
5. Non-Refundable Portion:
- A non-refundable fee of 10% of the course fee will be retained to cover administrative and processing costs.
6. Access Termination:
- Upon approval of the cancellation and refund request, the participant’s access to course materials will be terminated.
7. Transfer of Enrollment:
- Where appropriate, participants may request to transfer their enrollment to a future course session if they are unable to attend the current session. Transfers are subject to availability and must be requested within 7 days of the course start date.
8. Course Cancellation by Organizer:
- In the rare event that the course is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of the course fee.
9. Exclusions
We reserve the right to deny refunds in the following situations:
- Digital products that have been downloaded (such as eBooks, PDFs or course material)
